New Caricatures!

I've finally decided to snap some photos of my caricatures at work, starting with this little boy. I am kicking myself for not taking a photo of the kid too, because this was one of my best likenesses.

New caricatures

I thought I'd finally put up some newer caricatures. I've been doing this for almost a year now and my style has changed a lot since then. These are some examples I put in my portfolio that I sent to Disney.

Beatles Doodle

I did this during a very slow day at work. I want to go over it in pen, and maybe eventually color it, but scanned it in first. Incase I mess it up.

More figure drawings

I found some more figure drawings I did last summer at the animation guild. Thanks for the compliments on those last four, I really appreciate it. Motivates me to take more figure drawing.

This summer, I'm taking a class on drawing the human head, which I decided to take specificly because I just started doing caricatures, and I hope to have some of those up here soon.

I did these at the Animators Guild last summer. The model was also a ballet dancer.

Yay! First post!

I'm still working on my demo reel, but I thought I'd start my brand new blog with a project I did for an online student newspaper regarding health issues in Pacoima. Flash never seemed to work for me, so did this in Maya and After Effects. My teacher worked on the clouds in the very beginning.
